Her background encompasses union involvement and extends to operating a part-time Human Resources Consulting business. She finds fulfillment in collaborating with organizations to establish robust, compliant HR departments, especially in scenarios where minimal policies and procedures exist. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys in gardening, traveling, and cooking, all while championing animal welfare, evident in her dedication of caring for three rescued golden retrievers and chocolate labs.
