How does MIT teach innovation? At the New England Innovation Academy (NEIA), 6th and 9th graders will learn to innovate the MIT way starting Fall 2021 in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Join Matt Kressy, Founding Director of the MIT Integrated Design & Management master’s program (MITidm) and his team to hear how they built the first middle and high school that prepares innovators to shape the world through entrepreneurship, real-world learning, and the empathy generated by human-centered design.

This event is hosted by MIT alum Jossy Lee, co-founder of MIT Sloan Design Club and founding member of NEIA. The discussions will cater particularly to the interests of MIT-affiliated families, but anyone curious about how MIT and NEIA train future innovators are welcome to participate. Bring your curiosity and candid questions. We encourage prospective students and parents to share their ideas in the Q&A session.
