Week of AI with MIT

Learn More

Though 10,000 educators (from around 110 countries across the world) participated in MIT RAISE’s Day of AI, New England Innovation Academy was the only school invited to attend the event in person at the Museum of Science.

Our students attended a preparatory MIT-led coding boot camp, created original projects, heard keynotes from industry leaders and award-winning researchers, and then pitched their ideas to MIT’s best and brightest. The theme of Day of AI 2024 was combatting climate change with this new technology.

Hear our inspiring Innovators for yourself; listen to their passion and their incredible ideas.

Real-World Speaker Series

The “What’s Your Story?” Speaker Series are exciting monthly events held on our campus. It seeks to connect students with a diverse array of professionals who have chartered unique paths to success, encouraging them to dream big, embrace their potential, and envision their own trajectories toward achievement. This is part of a broader strategy to connect our students with as many professionals, from as many different fields, as possible.

Real-World Modules

An essential aspect of our Well-being curriculum is Life Skills. We’re preparing our students to enter fields and offices with the skills they need to thrive. We teach important life skills like:

  • Verbal Communication
  • Written Communication
  • Active Listening
  • Effective Speaking
  • Interview Practice
  • Building Personal Brand Identity
  • Network Building

We want our students set up to succeed both during internships and after graduation. The Real-World modules culminate with “Shadow Days,” where they go to a real place of business (like Worchester Art Museum). Shadow Days give students a vital peak at all the life skills they’ve learned being put into action.
