Creative Media Track
The Creative Media track is designed to equip students with professional storytelling and visual communication skills through real-world media projects. Participants will explore how photography, video, drawing, printing, and collage can be combined to communicate compelling ideas and narratives, expanding capabilities in concept development and multimedia expression while working alongside creative peers. Led by experienced media professionals and NEIA faculty, students will produce their own media content using traditional and digital tools and methods that demonstrate their growing abilities in visual communication and personal voice. This dynamic program offers aspiring filmmakers, photographers, designers, and multimedia artists an immersive week of creative exploration and skill-building.

Erin Grocki – Creative Media Instructor

Erin Grocki brings creative energy and professional media expertise rooted in world-class training, holding a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design and an MFA from California Institute of the Arts. As the NEIA Art Department Chair, she combines her extensive background in digital content creation and multimedia production to help students transform their ideas into compelling visual stories..

 

Erin’s teaching style is all about getting students fired up to experiment, push their creative boundaries, and put in the work required to produce media they are genuinely proud of. She emphasizes collaboration, storytelling fundamentals, and the technical skills needed to bring visions to life across photography, video, and digital design. Students leave her program with a portfolio of work that showcases their creativity and the confidence to tackle any media challenge with passion and purpose.

Day program: $1,250 per week
