At NEIA, our counseling services provide students with a safe and supportive space to navigate personal challenges, build resilience, and enhance their overall well-being. Our program is designed to offer short-term, solution-focused support that empowers students to develop social and emotional skills essential for success in school and beyond.

What is counseling at NEIA?

Counseling at NEIA is a collaborative and student-centered process where students can explore concerns, gain coping strategies, and receive guidance in a confidential setting. While we do not serve as long-term personal therapists, we provide immediate and short-term support while connecting students to additional resources when needed.

Our Approach to Counseling

We utilize Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) to help students identify strengths, set goals, and develop strategies to manage stress, relationships, and personal growth. Our goal is to promote mental, social, and emotional well-being through individualized support and school-wide wellness initiatives.
