At NEIA, our student to staff ratio is 5:1, so our classes and classrooms are smaller in order to create a more collaborative environment.

Here at NEIA we believe in the power of hands-on work, which is why we are constantly expanding our two libraries, open to all students and staff.
The Hive
Learn More
The Hive is NEIA’s very own makerspace where we help students form an idea into a real-life product. The Hive features a woodshop, CNC space, and variable collaboration space. The Hive is an essential resource for our curriculum, especially for Innovation Studio as students are responsible for creating products using The Hive each year. However, we also encourage students and staff to formulate and create ideas in The Hive outside of just the academic setting.
