Here’s what you’ll find:
General Program Information – Learn what to expect during your stay at NEIA, including schedules, transportation, campus amenities, and important dates.
Daily Schedule – See a breakdown of weekday and weekend activities.
Weekend Activity Sign Ups – We will run an afternoon and evening activity each week day, as well as have weekend activities. The first weekend is mandatory for all students to attend the visit to Babson College & Failurecon. The second and third weekend events are voluntary. Students must register for these events in order to attend. We will be charging a base price to attend these events.
Packing List – A detailed list to help you pack smart and feel at home.

We will provide shuttle service for students flying in on July 5th at two different times. Campus will be open and rooms will be ready in the dorm for students to move in. Depending on the number we have on July 5th, we will provide a simple welcome, dinner and an activity. We will have a shuttle picking up again at Logan on July 6th at two different times. We will offer two drop off dates, July 28th & 29th. All students must fill out the Transportation Form to register for transportation.

Weekend Activity Information and Sign Up
Afternoon and evening activities will be offered on weekdays, with additional activities on the weekends. On Saturday, July 12, students will visit Babson College, followed by participation in FailureCon (NEIA’s very own conference) on Sunday, July 13. Participation in subsequent weekends is optional and requires an additional fee. Students must register in advance for any weekend activities they wish to participate in.

What to bring?
Explore our packing list to ensure you are most prepared for your stay here at NEIA.
Please DO NOT bring an excessive amount of personal belongings. The students share one room with one or two other students, and SPACE IS LIMITED.
Please be assured that we will provide families with directions to local shopping centers where large and bulky items may be purchased. In addition, we will provide transportation to our local shopping spots for students arriving alone to buy bulky items. These items may be stored at school over the summer.
