The enrollment deposit is due by April 10, 2026. This secures your student’s place at NEIA.

Transportation is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Returning families receive their contracts before new families. You will be notified about seat availability before the enrollment contract is due.

• Detailed bus routes and pick-up/drop-off locations will be shared in summer onboarding communications.
• Transportation coordinator contact information will be provided to assist with any questions.

Onboarding communications begin in early spring and continue through the summer. Families will hear from:

• Academics / Teaching & Learning
• Student and Residential Life
• Health Services
• IT / Technology Support

Families will receive important immigration guidance, including SEVIS/I-20 issuance, F-1 visa instructions, and U.S. travel next steps, from NEIA’s International Student Affairs Coordinator

Families will receive instructions to access the MY NEIA Parent Portal, where they can review forms, schedules, and updates throughout the summer.

NEIA Student & Family Handbook will be sent in summer onboarding emails. Student and family signatures are required.

• Tuition and fee schedules will be provided with enrollment contracts.
• Optional fees include transportation, meals, boarding and international student fees. 
• Questions regarding billing can be directed to the Business Office at businessoffice@neiacademy.org

• In spring, you will receive questionnaires from the Teaching & Learning team to provide input for course placement.
• Schedules are finalized over the summer and released at the start of school.

• Families can expect outreach by the end of spring.

NEIA may provide optional summer reading, math prep, or STEM activities to help students start the year confident and prepared.

The Head of Student Life will send a questionnaire by end of Summer to select after-school clubs, arts programs, and athletic opportunities.

NEIA’s Residential Life Student & Family Handbook will be sent for review in summer onboarding emails. Student and parent signatures are required.

Detailed move-in instructions and orientation schedule sent in summer onboarding emails.

Students will receive roommate assignments and dorm guidelines before arrival.

Boarding students have structured weekend programming and support from residential staff.

• A current physical (within the past 12 months)
• Up-to-date immunizations
• Additional health releases (shared during onboarding)

• All medications must be submitted to the Health Services team.
• The school nurse is available daily for routine care and emergencies.

Students participate in grade-specific orientation programs.

Families are invited to sessions introducing key staff, school policies, and community programs.

Students and families receive guidance on school technology platforms.

Students receive their SEVIS I-20 after submitting the enrollment deposit and required documents. NEIA’s Internatinal Student Affairs Coordinator provides guidance on F-1 visa application, SEVIS fees, and U.S. travel.

NEIA offers tailored Engligh language support to help students succeed academically and socially.

Families receive guidance on travel and visa compliance during school breaks. Students may travel home or stay with host families as needed.
