NEIA’s Inaugural College Fair Was a Huge Success

Colleges in attendance included Bard College, Beloit College, Clark University, Hampshire College, Ohio Wesleyan University, and Ursinus College.

In May, New England Innovation Academy partnered with Colleges That Change Lives, an organization that focuses on helping students find a college that develops a lifelong love of learning, and hosted its first college fair. At NEIA, we are committed to supporting and guiding students on the complicated journey that is the college admissions process. Attendees had the opportunity to engage with admission representatives, learn about the unique programs and opportunities offered by each institution, and explore which colleges align best with their personal and academic goals. Thank you to Colleges That Change Lives and all the colleges who attended for a phenomenal event.

We look forward to expanding our college events this upcoming school year. Marie Assir, Director of College Counseling, is planning to have 70-80 colleges visit NEIA’s campus in fall of 2023.

Yesterday, Matt Forcier of LMV Productions spoke to Baldev’s Entrepreneurship class. He presented his real-world experience as a film production business owner. Matt shared with students his process of team building, business development, and, most importantly, believing in yourself. His message was taking every opportunity to be involved in your business and focus on what you are passionate about.
