BACKGROUND
Mrs. Tiffany Chang serves as NEIA’s Head of Operations and Vice President of Partnerships and Advancement, overseeing the school’s operational strategy while building and strengthening partnerships that expand opportunities for the NEIA community. She brings extensive leadership experience across hospitality, luxury goods, entrepreneurship, and independent school communities.
Before joining NEIA, Mrs. Chang served as Director of VIP Services at Grand Hyatt Taipei and as Greater China General Manager for the luxury goods brand Chopard. She also founded and led her own luxury spa business in Taiwan. Her experience in business leadership and relationship development is complemented by years of service in education communities, including as Chair of the Parent-Teacher Association at Shanghai American School and Co-Chair of the Asian American Students Parents Organization. She has also contributed to advancement efforts with the Skating Club of Boston and the Buckingham Browne & Nichols School Annual Fund Committee.
