BACKGROUND
An adjunct professor and lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the Yale School of Management and Babson College, Raymond currently serves as the Managing Director of NXT Ventures. He comes from a family of educators and is a lifelong entrepreneur. His experience in education includes being the former treasurer and board member of Shanghai American School.

WHAT HE’D SAY TO HIS 15-YEAR-OLD SELF
I would tell myself, “Pray before you make any important decisions. Sit back and reflect, seek from God the right direction. If it’s the right decision, you’ll find peace and then move more boldly.”
