BACKGROUND

Raymond Chang brings a distinguished record as both a successful entrepreneur and a seasoned educator, aligning closely with NEIA’s mission to prepare students for a rapidly changing world through innovation and real-world learning. He has taught entrepreneurship at the Yale School of Management and currently teaches at Babson College. A co-founder and former board member of NEIA, Chang’s experience in education includes being the former treasurer and board member of Shanghai American School.

EDUCATION

B.A. from New York University, MBA from Yale School of Management, and MPA from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

WHAT HE’D SAY TO HIS 15-YEAR-OLD SELF

I would tell myself, “Pray before you make any important decisions. Sit back and reflect, seek from God the right direction. If it’s the right decision, you’ll find peace and then move more boldly.”
