What did you do prior to joining NEIA that has nothing to do with education?
I taught students to horse back ride.
What do students teach you?
Students teach me to be curious, think deeper about the issues that they face, and most importantly help me put myself in another persons shoes!
What’s one task you wish AI could do for you today, and one you hope it never takes?
I wish AI could help me sort through all the different tasks in my brain after a busy day, and create a plan of attack for me for where to start the next day all faster and with minimal effort on my part of course! I hope AI never takes away the need for human connection in education and the world!

BACKGROUND
Ms. Frankie Beyer leads NEIA’s residential program with a focus on creating a boarding experience where students feel known, supported, and safe. She fosters an environment where students develop meaningful connections, grow in independence, and take responsibility for the community they share.
Previously at Chatham Hall, she held student and community life leadership roles and led the horseback riding program. Her experience covers residential education, wellbeing, orientation, peer mentorship, activities, and community service.
