BACKGROUND
Mr. Pietro Valastro has spent more than a decade building technology and computer science programs in independent schools, most recently as Director of Technology and Innovation at Centner Academy in Miami, where he led the PreK-8 technology program and built curriculum in coding, engineering design, media production, and age-appropriate AI literacy. Earlier he developed the K-6 technology program at The Greene School in West Palm Beach as part of its founding team, and taught K-8 technology enrichment at The Sage School in Foxboro. He has coached award-winning robotics teams and run robotics and esports programs.
