BACKGROUND
Mr. Josephus Dossen is a physics, engineering, and robotics educator with more than two decades of experience in secondary and higher education. Before joining NEIA, he taught AP Physics C, engineering, mechatronics, and robotics at Vistamar School in California and previously served as Chair of the Science & Engineering/STEM Department at King Abdullah Academy.
He has worked in applied physical chemistry with the Air Force Research Laboratory and as a government contractor on NASA research missions, including the Convection and Moisture Experiment (CAMEX-3). He has also conducted research in atmospheric sciences and satellite data analysis, giving him a unique perspective on the connections between scientific inquiry, engineering, and real-world applications.
