A passionate generalist, she thrives in roles that allow her to engage with every stage of the employee life cycle—bringing strategy to life through detailed execution and a people-first mindset. As a first-generation college graduate, Maggy was raised in a household where education was highly valued, shaping her belief in the power of learning and opportunity. A lifelong learner herself, she is always open to growth and new challenges. Maggy finds true fulfillment in helping others and is drawn to inclusive environments that actively cultivate Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, and Belonging (DEIJB+).
