Kaitlin began her work in libraries as a teen volunteer for Virginia Beach Public Libraries, then served in various roles from circulation to reference to programming. Since then, she has worked in public libraries as a Youth Librarian in Virginia, Washington, DC, and Pennsylvania. She has also taught English Language Arts in high schools in Philadelphia and Massachusetts. She comes to NEIA with a passion for library services and all things books, ready to share with this exciting community.
