She has overseen complex financial operations including multi-entity consolidations, cost accounting, FP&A, ERP system migrations, and SEC reporting support. Jillian has served in senior finance roles at companies including Agrify Corp, Wilcox Industries, and Symbotic, where she honed her ability to partner with executive teams, strengthen internal controls, and deliver strategic financial insights. She joins NEIA as Chief Financial Officer, bringing her commitment to operational excellence and mission-driven work.
