What was your first job, and what’s the part you still remember?
My first job was being a summer counselor for a college readiness program. What I still remember was connecting and mentoring the students.
What did you do prior to joining NEIA that has nothing to do with education?
Running my own clothing brand for Clark students and locals around the area.

BACKGROUND
Mr. Erickson Adon Suero is a Social Media and Digital Media Specialist on NEIA’s Marketing team, where he creates photo and video content, manages social media, and helps bring the NEIA experience to life across digital platforms. He brings a creative and entrepreneurial approach to developing content that connects with students, families, and the broader NEIA community.
Before joining NEIA, Mr. worked with VIDIA Branding Solutions, producing social media content for client campaigns, and founded A DON, a direct-to-consumer brand he developed from concept to launch. He also brings experience in student mentorship and development through the Bruce Wells Scholars Upward Bound program.
