Daisal grew up surrounded by a family of educators and social workers. Their influence shaped who she became and inspired her to pursue a career in serving others and making a difference. She began her career working as a case manager, serving those affected by mental health and substance use disorders. Following mentorship and encouragement from her former professor, she decided to transition to education, where she found her passion serving students and families. Daisal is a lover of the arts. She spends her free time painting, crafting, and playing the piano.
