JD is a strategic, collaborative, professional leader contributing to NEIA’s growth initiatives and values. He is committed to being an active and participatory community member, forging strong and meaningful connections that makes a difference in students’ lives. He previously served as the Dean of Enrollment Management at Tilton School in New Hampshire where he increased new student enrollment by expanding the school’s education network. JD spent the first decade of his career in corporate management roles such as Senior Vice President of Empirical Synergies, Inc., where he developed high-level marketing plans, led research and development, and managed daily operations.
At NEIA, he will continue to enrich students’ experience and provide resources that enhance the school’s goal: prepare students for success through future-focused curricula, human-centered design, and real-world application.

Never stop being curious. About everything, not just the things you are most interested in. There is unbelievable power and reward in asking questions of everyone - peers and adults - to truly get to know them and by simply reading up on topics and subjects to learn more. Keep your mind active!
