BACKGROUND
Lisa brings more than 15 years of diverse human resources and office administration experience to NEIA.Β She spent the last 9 years serving as the HRO for a private international boarding school working to ensure policies, procedures, and HR programs were legally compliant, consistently administered, and aligned with organizational goals. Lisa works collaboratively with school staff to shape and maintain a positive, structured, welcoming, and comfortable environment conducive for learning and working.
Lisa employs knowledge from a legal and business background gained by working in different industries. She is committed to successful business outcomes with a high focus on employee morale and productivity by operating with a strategic mindset and encouraging open and honest communication.
Lisa believes in the power and value associated with investing in people. She has a people-orientated leadership style that fosters an all-inclusive work culture.Β She thrives in an environment where she can wear many hats. At NEIA, she enjoys providing support and guidance to students and staff.
