BACKGROUND

Kate is passionate about supporting the wellbeing of students and specializes in guiding students and families to bridge educational and mental health support. She has held a variety of roles in the mental health and education sectors, including Licensed Clinical Therapist at the Yale Child Study Center and UPenn’s Center for Trauma and Recovery. She has held positions as a School Counselor, Dean of Students, and Assistant Head of Upper School for Student Life. She is a graduate of the National Association of Independent Schools Aspiring Heads Fellowship and a certified yoga teacher. She can often be found hiking and trail running, at flea markets and thrift shops, and dancing to hip-hop.
