Joel serves as the senior associate dean for Development and Alumni Relations at the Yale School of Management, where he oversees the school’s fundraising and alumni initiatives. He came to Yale from the William J. Clinton Foundation in New York, where he served as Director of Development for former President William J. Clinton’s worldwide charitable, educational, and economic development initiatives. From 1990 to 1997 he was the President and Co-Founder of Rim Pacific, a manufacturing and distribution firm focusing on art reproductions.
